Event Planning Design & Production typically involves the planning and supervision of an event. Services might include production management (including such pre-production work as routing, building availability, technical limitations, labor considerations, and market analyses), financial planning, theme development, venue consulting, site coordination & negotiation, coordination of air/ground transportation, collateral material development, food and beverage planning, entertainment production, audio-visual-lighting-staging support, video services, staging- props- decor, photography, security- as well as the arrangement of insurance.
