Although there are a variety of Professional Liability ("E&O") forms available, for varying classifications of business, the following is a summary of subjects addressed by Producers E&O
- Invasion or infringement of or interference with the right of privacy or publicity
- Infringement of copyright or trademark
- Libel, slander, or other forms of defamation
- Unauthorized use of titles, formats, ideas, characters, plots, performance of artists or other performers or other program material in the insured production, but only as to such claims based on infringement of copyright or common law property rights or literary or musical material, plagiarism, unfair competition, or piracy
- Breach of contract, implied in fact or in law, resulting from the alleged submission of program, musical, or literary material used by Insured with insured Production
